General Conditions
Fares
All fares are fix fares for jorney, in cash, for daytime (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and for bookings with 24 hours notice, inclusive of all highways tolls and fuel. The costs for any parking lots and tunnels are not included. The prices of Minivan are for 6 passengers.
-- 7 passengers: supplement of 10 euros
-- 8 passengers: supplement of 20 euros
N.B.: Under circumstances beyond our's control (snow, demonstrations, marches, strikes, etc..) or during events of major importance (Fashion Week, the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, etc ...) the fares may be subject to changes.
Type of service
-- Low Cost (1 to 3 pax) = services with Renault Clio - Renault Dacia - Fiat Multipla - other models of the same type - Business cars, Luxury cars or Minivans solutions depending on availability.
-- Business (1 to 3 pax) = services with Mercedes E-Class - BMW 3 or 5 or 6 Series - Lancia Thesis - other models of the same type - Luxury cars or Minivans solutions depending on availability.
-- Luxury (1 to 3 pax) = services with Mercedes S Class - BMW 7 Series - Audi A8 - Other models of the same type and prestige.
-- Minivan (4 to 8 pax) = services with Mercedes Vito and Viano MPV - Fiat Scudo - Renault Trafic and other models of the same type.
-- Minibus & Bus (9 to 52 pax) = Contact us for custom quotes.
N.B.: The choise of type of car is decided from company, at costumer is guaranteed the type of service chosen. To request a specific model of car, there is a surcharge from euro 10,00.
Night service or urgent (without notice 24 h.)
For urgent service or night service (8:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m.), could be a surcharge of 10% with a minimum of euro 6,00.
Payments with credit card
For payment with credit card there is a surcharge of 5% with a minimum of 6.00 euro. Payments will be made through the use of mobile POS, or in advance using the international Paypal circuit.
Payments with wire transfer
For payment with wire transferd there is a fix supplement of 7.00 euro. Payments can be made before or after the service, with the approval of the company.
Waitings & Pauses included in the fares
-- 1 hour of waiting from landing of the flight in the airport, which means from the the moment your plane lands at the airport.
-- 15 minutes of waiting from time agreed if the pickup is in one address.
N.B.: After waiting time included in the fare, for each additional 15 minutes of waiting, there is a surcharge of 10 euro (cash to driver) or 11 euro (credit card or bank transfer).
-- 15 minutes of pause (service area) for each 100 km are always included.

Expected maximum guaranteed:
-- 1 hour of waiting from landing of the flight in the airport, which means from the the moment your plane lands at the airport.
